If the weather holds up, the Baer Field Motorsports Park will host is first regularly-schedule dirt-track event on Saturday night. Rain postponed the original start of May 17 into a Sunday date, but there will be full show on Saturday headlined by the American Ethanol Modified Tour, a national points tour with more than 30 cars committed to racing. There will also be the regular classes including super streets, bombers and front-wheel drives.

Organizers have also widened the 1/4-mile dirt track and have added higher banking to make it a little easier on the drivers.

Spectator games open at 4 p.m. with hot laps at 6 p.m. and racing at 7 p.m. Adult general admission is $15.
