The Allen County Coroner's Office has identified the victims of two recent incidents.

Delonte Nelson, 2, of Fort Wayne died in a reported drowning incident at 9:38 p.m. Saturday in the 4600 block of Spatz Avenue, according to the Allen County coroner's office. However, his cause of death – whether it was drowning or something else that occurred – and manner of death– such as accident or homicide – are still pending.

According to a Fort Wayne Police report, Nelson was reported missing and was later found in an above-ground pool and not breathing. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition and later died.

In a separate case, Curt Mitchell Stiles, 53, of Monroeville, died in a motorcycle crash Sunday afternoon. Stiles died as a result of blunt-force injuries in the crash that occurred at 4:20 p.m. Sunday at 18914 Gromeaux Road in Monroeville. His death is the 18th traffic fatality for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2017.

These incidents remain under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, Allen County Prosecutor's Office and the coroner's office.
